Cancellations

Jungle Tour Adventure Cancun cancellation policy

It is our goal to offer the highest quality and service for you and the rest of our clients. In order to assist you better, please let us know about your change of plans with as much prior notice as possible. We also realize changes and cancellations are unavoidable, yet they are costly to our operation. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please get in touch with us.

In order to process your cancellation or refund request, please send a written notice to sales@jungletourcancun.com. Please be aware that refund/cancellation requests are processed within one to seven business days. We will not acknowledge any verbal or over-the-phone requests or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 48 hours prior to departure are fully refundable. This gives us enough time to open the space for other customers.

• a) You may cancel your reservation by sending us an e-mail to sales@jungletourcancun.com.
• b) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will receive a 70% refund. You may cancel your reservation by sending us an e-mail to sales@jungletourcancun.com.
• c) In the event that you won’t be able to attend the activity, please notify Jungle Tour Adventure about your cancellation or changes in your scheduled arrival. There are no exceptions. If you missed the deadline or simply did not show up, you will be charged 100% of your total amount.
• d) In the event that online bookings get canceled for any reason (whether this is by Jungle Tour Adventure or yourself), you will receive the refunded amount back to the same account or credit card you used to book the reservation.

Other Cancellations

• a) All the reservations may be canceled without penalty when the weather conditions don’t allow the service to take place.
• b) If you are sick, you must show a note from your doctor in order to get a full refund or reschedule without being charged.
• c) Cancellation of an activity in a package arrangement nullifies the package price, and the remaining services are charged at full price.
  (The remaining services may cost more individually than the original package).

Reschedule Policy

• a) If you decide to reschedule at NO COST, please make sure this is made within 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.
• b) All reservations may be rescheduled without penalty when the weather conditions do not allow the service to take place.
• c) Any reschedules made on the day of the booking are subject to availability and a $5 USD additional fee will be charged per person.
