Cancellation policy in relation to weather conditions. Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply. Cancellations made with more than 72 hours will be fully refundable. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours will be 50% refundable. Cancellations made on the same day, as well as no-show reservations, are non-refundable. Customers who reschedule their activity on the same day will incur a rescheduling fee of $20. For cancellations related to medical issues, a doctor's note must be presented in order to receive a full refund. If a customer chooses to interrupt/stop their activity early, partial refunds for unused time are not available.

Maximum Weight Limit: 530 lbs. (240 kilograms) per boat and 260 pounds (117 kg) per person.
Minimum Age: 3 years old. Participants ages 3–17 must be accompanied by an adult on the same boat.
